Markup Module

Format-neutral helpers over the node tree. The front-ends (`Xml`, `Kdl`) produce `Node` trees the resolver consumes without seeing the text format.

`at src position` Full Usage: `at src position` Parameters: src : `string` position : `int` Returns: `string` Modifiers: inline	The positioned half of an error message: `" (line:col)"` when the front-end tracks positions, `""` when it does not. src : `string` position : `int` Returns: `string`
`where src position` Full Usage: `where src position` Parameters: src : `string` position : `int` Returns: `string` Modifiers: inline	The line and column of a character offset, for positioned error messages. A negative offset means the front-end does not track positions; the caller gets an empty string and says so itself. src : `string` position : `int` Returns: `string`
